Because it's looking for a product key for Pro and I am giving it a Home product key. I am thinking about doing a clean install of the Home software version, using my product key, but the first thing we get when we start the process is a warning that a list of about 10 programs' software would be deleted. I know Steam will let you re-download the game software free, so I am not as panicked as my son is, but And here is my question: would someone let me know if doing a clean install with the Home software and product key will fix my issue, or if I am just going to accomplish erasing my son's games and end up with the same computer stuck on Windows 10 Pro trial which I can't activate?
